S330 Security Camera battery will not hold charge.

This is a solar powered camera, but the battery goes flat in a week. After the last charge to 100%, it was left turned off for 48 hours, and the battery charge had dropped to 43%. I was unable to contact Eufy Customer Service, as this is done by a third party, and the call to their number is queued, then hangs up after a message: 'try again later.

Ripped off

I enquired about a product the representative put me onto a good buys webpage and show me a product S3 pro for Cam for 1499 but it was out of stock so they said put your name down and Ill send you an email so you can purchase it I didnt hear anything for a couple of weeks. I went back on the website.

The product was available but had gone up by $100 to 1599. I rang and they wouldnt honour the price and said it had never been at that price which is incorrect.

I sent it with my own eyes and one representative said that it had gone up a couple days earlier and then they wouldnt honour the price. I had to pay 1599+10% discount Not happy with the outcome.

S1 Pro EB1J error

Eufy in Australia - S1 Pro EB1J error

I bought Eufy S1 Pro about 1 month ago and it was my 3rd time using the vacuum function and first time using the mop function. Upon finishing the mop function, the robot returned EB1J error.

I called eufy and the customer service is not familiar with the product and can't offer any solution. Simply ask me to return the product to where I bought it.

So disappointed and will never buy another Eufy product

Non Response to incorrectly sent order

I ordered and paid for 2 security items from EUFY. Upon receiving the package, I found that they had omitted the main item ordered and inserted the wrong, quite useless item in its place.

The contact process to rectify this is quite opaque and difficult.

I have been trying to rectify the matter for days now with no sensible response at all. After-sales support is dreadful.

Won’t scan QR code or except serial number

Brand new out of the box and won't scan the QR code or accept the serial number after multiple tries. These are needed to set it up. Ring the agent and go through numerous options only to be cut off each time.

Eufy backup failure

Almost 12 months of backup missing, it doesnt help that Eufy Australia are uncontactable by phone. Was referred back to the list of inaccessible overseas numbers.

Its not hard eufy, get an Australian customer support number that diverts overseas like every other call centre.

Eufy cameras got no SOUND when I talk on my mobile phone when away and at home found out no sound

No sound is coming from the cameras when I talk on the mobile phone. Only Beau found out when I went home. After 3 days, there is still no sound.

Purchased a Eufy Robovac X8 @2 years ago. After first year the battery died.

I purchased a new one, then 6 months later the right side wheel module failed. I tried to get a replacement but there was not one listed on their website. Also could not find on line. Finally thought best to call Eufy but NO phone number available.

Found a number through pissedconsumer but was a third party service provider that explained to o me that the part is no longer available! Apparently although I purchased from Myer @2years ago (2023) that it was originally released in 2021 and company no longer making parts.

For @$800-$1000 machine I think that its bullst. Wont be buying another Eufy!

Provide parts for your equipment for at least 10 years. Eufy do not have their own website and contact info in Australia maling it difficult to track down just who represents the company.
